`WHO_ICD11_RELEASE_ID`Environment variable	Optional	ICD-11 release to query (e.g. 2024-01, 2025-01). Optional; defaults to 2026-01.
`LOG_LEVEL`Environment variable	Optional	pino log level (debug, info, warn, error, fatal). Optional; defaults to 'info'. Logs go to stderr only — never stdout (which is the MCP stdio transport).
