Who we are

AI Plugin Index (aipluginindex.com) is run by Aljaz Peklaj s.p., Rakovnik 82, 1215 Medvode, Slovenia (registration number 8938741000, VAT SI79240291). Contact: hello@aipluginindex.com. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Listings

• We list public MCP servers, skills and plugins collected from public sources such as GitHub, npm and official registries and marketplaces.
• Names, descriptions and code belong to their makers. We link to the original source and do not claim ownership.
• Summaries are written automatically from each project's own README or SKILL.md and may contain mistakes.
• Makers can ask us to correct or remove a listing at hello@aipluginindex.com. We reply within 7 days.

Scores and security grades

• Scores and grades are produced automatically from public signals and a check of the files we can read. They are our opinion at the time of the check, not a security audit, certification or guarantee.
• A good grade does not mean a project is safe, and a poor grade does not mean it is malicious. Projects change after we check them.
• You install third-party code at your own risk. Review it, and its permissions, before you run it.
• Makers who think a grade is wrong can email us with details. We re-check and correct it where we find a mistake.

Accounts

• You need to be at least 16 to create an account. Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Public stacks you create are visible to anyone with the link. Do not post anything unlawful, misleading, spam or that infringes someone else's rights.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time in account settings.

Claims

• Claim only repositories you own or are authorised to manage. We verify claims through GitHub, and a claim can be removed if it turns out to be wrong.
• A claim does not change a listing's score or grades.

Sponsorships and payments

• Sponsored placements are always labelled "Sponsored" or "AD". We decide which ads we accept and may refuse ads that are misleading, unlawful, unsafe or unrelated to AI tools.
• Placements are paid in advance through Stripe for the period shown at checkout. Prices exclude VAT, which is added where it applies; business customers in the EU outside Slovenia are invoiced under the reverse charge.
• We do not guarantee a number of visitors, impressions or clicks. Statistics we show are measured by our own analytics.
• Top slot auctions run in 7-day terms. A new bid must beat the current one by 20% or $10, whichever is more. The current sponsor gets 24 hours to match. If you are outbid, you get a pro-rata refund for the unused days.
• Apart from being outbid, payments are not refunded once a placement has started. If we remove your placement for breaking these terms, we refund the unused days only when the removal was not caused by your ad.

Our content and data

The site design and our own texts belong to Aljaz Peklaj s.p.. The open dataset on the open data page is licensed under CC BY 4.0 as described there. You may link to any page and use our README badges.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage caused by third-party code, links or services listed on the site, or for indirect losses. Our total liability to a sponsor is limited to the amount they paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Slovenian law applies, and the courts in Ljubljana have jurisdiction, unless consumer law in your country gives you other rights.
