About jetbrains-cli-pin
This skill manages which Kilo CLI the Kilo JetBrains plugin uses. Pin mode downloads the released CLI at build or connect time, and the pinned version is set in the plugin's package.json. Unpin mode sets pin mode to false, then builds and bundles the local repo CLI.
Every command runs a shared clean first. The clean removes stale CLI binaries, staged archives, generated files, compiled resources and the download cache in the current worktree, so each run starts from a fresh state. The skill is aimed at developers who work on the Kilo JetBrains plugin and switch between pinned and local CLI builds.

It sets kilo.cli.pinned to true, removes the repo-CLI Bun path hint, and bumps package.json to the latest CLI release. It then runs a cold gradlew clean typecheck.
Can I run this skill offline?
Yes, with the --no-verify flag. That skips the Gradle verification build, so only the rewrites and clean run.
Why does the clean step delete the staged kilo-cli.zip?
A staged zip left in backend resources from an unpinned build can be preferred over downloading the CLI at runtime. A full clean is the only reliable reset.
