Creates a new workshop, or uses an existing local directory as one, for operators who want to organize desks under a shared root. Its private GitHub repo path never nests a repo inside another repo. workshop-create is published by github on GitHub.

About workshop-create
This skill sets up a workshop, which is the root directory where desks live. It has two paths. Path A uses an existing local directory the operator points at, and adds only the missing workshop files without running git init or creating a GitHub repo. Path B creates a new private GitHub repo in the operator's signed-in account, checks that the clone parent is not already inside a git repo, then scaffolds and pushes the structure.
The scaffold includes desks and bench folders, a CAIRN.md file with the operating disposition for desks, and a README.md workshop map. The skill is meant for operators who want a shared place to organize work. After creation it tells the operator where the workshop lives and that they can open desks with desk-open.

workshop-create: common questions
Does this skill create a GitHub repo for an existing folder?
No. The existing directory path is local-only and does not create a GitHub repo or run git init.
How does it avoid nesting one git repo inside another?
Before creating a repo it runs git rev-parse --is-inside-work-tree on the parent directory and picks a different parent if the result is true.
Will it overwrite files already in my directory?
No. The source says existing work is preserved and only missing workshop files are added.
